practitioners to teachers. As a Yoga Therapist Steve loves helping people
develop or refine a personal practice, applying the tools of yoga to our
daily lives. His group classes focus on the breath and linking it with
dynamic movement and holds. Steve encourages his students to learn about
the process of yoga so they may safely derive the most from their practice
in classes and on their own. "The idea is liberation not dependence".
Steve's focus today is split between conducting Trainings for Yoga Teachers
and Therapists, and the practical application of helping individuals and
groups, heal, transform, and optimize their lives and companies with private
