About Yoga State

Yoga State is a leader in the emerging field of Yoga Therapy, developing and providing Svastha Yoga Teacher Training with A.G. Mohan, Indra Mohan, Ganesh Mohan and Steve Richardson.  

Yoga State is now “virtual”, offering our services in various locations, as Northwestern University closed its 850 North Lake Shore Drive Building (our physical home) December 31st, 2006..

Richard Miller Yoga Nidra Introduction and Level 1 Training
Participants may attend either the 12-hour introductory weekend or the 42-Hour Level I training. Priority will be given to participants enrolling in the 42-hour training.
